Founders

Vex Securities is a collaboration between its two founders: Ryan Singer and John Crossman.

Ryan Singer

A financial engineer, technologist, and entrepreneur with deep systems expertise. He architected the technology and regulatory strategy behind Vex and is known for his early pioneering work in Bitcoin.

John Crossman

A stockbroker who started in the Pink Sheets in New York and spent most of his career in Asia helping to set up markets to work with international institutional investor practices.

Our Goal and Focus

Given our experience and interests, we're focused on a market rich in capital but poor in transparency and liquidity: venture-backed private companies. Our goal is to bring regular liquidity and price discovery to this opaque and difficult-to-access segment.
